I specialize supporting people to clarify and overcome the barriers and obstacles that keep them from feeling satisfied with their life, relationships, work and at home. Together, you and I can work towards a deeper understanding of what is not working and change it – to help you move beyond the influence of the past, and on to a future you want. My goal is to help you identify your hurdles to feeling fulfilled and collaborating with you to create healthy ways to overcome them. I am committed to helping you deal with the unique challenges and opportunities you may face.
Whether you’re stuck in the woods of depression, anxiety or any other less-than-ideal path, it is possible to get out of the dark places and back into the brighter light of life. I fully believe in meeting people where they are, meaning, there is no perfect or “better” time to engage in therapy. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative, mostly influenced by Carl Rogers’ Person-Centered therapy. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt my treatments to best fit your individual needs. My role in therapy is to see you as the expert on your life, not to give advice or provide you with the answers, I will support you in unleashing your potential to create the life you want and deserve.
